Nancy immediately spotted the signs of a tongue tie and after my daughter's procedure the difference was night and day. Her latch improved, she gained weight quickly and my discomfort eased.

I can say with 100% certainty I would not have continued breastfeeding past the first month, had it not been for all the hints, tips and welfare checks Nancy offered. So much information is not available for new mothers and having someone external, champion my journey and encourage me, was more than I could have hoped for when we first met.

Being a NICU mum with a nil by mouth baby, Nancy's support enabled me to feel confident in pumping and to advocate for my daughter. Her knowledge and advice encouraged me to make an informed decision regarding my daughter's tongue tie, which I will forever be grateful for.
